Winner-only verification

Everyone enters normally. When the draw lands, only the winner verifies. If
they're running alts, AltGuard rerolls automatically and publishes a payout
receipt anyone in the server can check.

One person completes a check instead of four hundred.

Evidence, not accusations

Every score comes with the reasons behind it:

• Exact device match — highest-weight evidence when the same protected
  fingerprint is reused across accounts
• Cross-browser device profile — connects stable signals even when someone
  switches between Chrome, Brave or Firefox
• Network and VPN context — supporting evidence, never treated as proof on
  its own
• Positive trust signals — older, active, established members score lower

A shared Wi-Fi connection is never treated as proof. Moderators make the final
call, and there's a confirmation step before any ban.

Privacy

Raw IP addresses and raw fingerprint components are never stored. What's kept
is an HMAC-SHA256 hash keyed with a secret only AltGuard holds, so it can't be
reversed or matched against a precomputed table. Identity links are scoped to the
server where verification happened.

AltGuard never asks for Administrator.
