Reporting procedure
The Digital Services Act requires every platform to offer a reporting procedure, to give reasoned decisions and to allow objections. This is how that works here.

How to report
Every bot page and every review has a "Report" action. Being signed in helps but is not required for us to look — only for us to reply.
Say what you are reporting and why. The more specific the description, the faster the decision.
By email: support@norecoil.de, quoting the address of the content.
What happens next
Every report is looked at by a human. Nothing is decided automatically.
We confirm receipt and come back with a decision, targeting 72 hours. Manifestly illegal content is acted on immediately.
Decisions come with reasons: what was decided, on what basis, and whether automated means were involved.
The person who submitted the content receives the decision and its reasons as well.
Objection
Any decision can be objected to within six months — by the reporter if we did not act, and by the affected person if we did.
Objections use the same route as reports; the decision message links to it directly.
An objection is handled by someone who was not involved in the first decision, as far as team size allows. Where it does not, we say so and look again with distance.
The outcome is reasoned as well.
Other routes
Out-of-court dispute settlement under Art. 21 DSA remains available, as do the courts.
The competent Digital Services Coordinator in Germany is the Koordinierungsstelle für digitale Dienste at the Bundesnetzagentur, Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn.
Misuse
Repeatedly submitting manifestly unfounded reports leads, after a warning, to suspension from the reporting procedure for a reasonable period (Art. 23 DSA).
