Server administration is centralized around automated moderation tools and detailed audit logs. Moderators can execute batch actions such as banning or muting up to five members at once with custom reasons, direct message alerts, and message purge options. The logging system tracks server changes, message edits and deletions, member lifecycle events, and voice channel activity.

For community engagement, KoreBot includes a progression system that rewards members with XP for both text messaging and time spent in voice channels, allowing servers to set automated role rewards, visual profile rank cards, and scheduled XP multiplier windows. It also features a 24/7 internet radio system capable of searching, saving, and streaming online stations directly into voice channels with volume controls and auto-reconnection.

Some server utilities include an organized ticket system with private threads and staff claim flows, custom Discord modal forms with staff approval pipelines, a name color role selector, timed giveaways, embed announcements, scheduled reminders, and native support for ten languages. All modules, permissions, and messages can be configured or toggled per server directly through the web panel.
