🎙️ Kara, the AI radio DJ

• /autodj — when the queue empties, Pulse keeps playing based on what the room has been listening to. Or name a mood: /autodj vibe:reggaeton party.
• Themed sets — rather than picking track by track, Kara plans a run of songs around a theme and opens it with a spoken intro, then lets it play out uninterrupted.
• /request — request a song with a dedication, and Kara reads it out on air before the track drops.
• /shoutout — leave a quick message; she may work it into her next link.
• /show — schedule a recurring radio show she hosts on her own.
• /morelikethis — anchor the DJ to whatever is playing and keep finding music like it.

Skip two of her picks in a row and she takes the hint, drops the theme and tries something else.

• /history and /replay — see what's played and put it back on

Queues survive restarts. If the bot updates mid-song, it comes back to the same track at the same position.

Bass boost · nightcore · vaporwave · slow + reverb · 8D · tremolo · distortion · low-pass · pitch shift — set with /bass, /nightcore, /vaporwave, /slowreverb, /eightd, /tremolo, /distortion, /lowpass, /pitch, cleared with /clearfilters.

Crossfade blends tracks with an equal-power curve and adjusts its length to the energy of what's playing — punchier on high-energy sets, longer and gentler on chilled ones.

🔊 Soundboard

Upload your own clips from the web dashboard and fire them into voice with /soundboard. The music ducks under the clip and comes back up.

/clip saves what just played as a new clip — for when something is funny after the fact and you weren't recording.

/wrapped me for your own listening, /wrapped server for everyone's, and /wrapped match to compare taste with someone. Servers get a weekly recap posted automatically.

🚀 Getting started

1. Invite Pulse and grant the permissions it asks for.
2. Join a voice channel and run /play with a song name or link. That's genuinely it.
3. Optional: /settc and /setvc to keep things tidy, /setdj to decide who controls playback.
4. Optional: sign in at pulsemusicbot.org to upload soundboard clips and manage settings from the web.
